These Terms of Use govern your use of the COMPOUND mobile application ("the App") provided by Enhanced Human ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using COMPOUND, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

COMPOUND is a personal fitness tracking application designed for competitive bodybuilders. The App allows users to log workouts, nutrition, health metrics, bloodwork results, supplement and cycle information, and progress photos. The App is a logging and tracking tool only — it does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatments.

3. Subscriptions

COMPOUND offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier called COMPOUND Pro.

• COMPOUND Pro Annual: $59.99 USD per year (price may vary by region)
• Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

4. User Content and Data

You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the App. All data is stored locally on your device. You can export or delete your data at any time from the App's Settings.

5. Medical Disclaimer

COMPOUND is not a medical application. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Health calculators and tools provided in the App use published formulas and are intended for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.

The cycle and supplement tracker is a personal logging tool. The App does not recommend, endorse, sell, or facilitate the purchase of any substance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to distribute harmful or inappropriate content
• Interfere with the operation of the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Enhanced Human and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

COMPOUND is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Enhanced Human is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, health decisions made based on information in the App, or interruption of service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Australia.
